Theres only 32 available. You almost have to jump at it, unless you have extensive experience someplace else. And can wait until the right spot comes open. Prob only one black coach in the league now that would have that type of pull(Mike Tomlin) Look at what happened to Eric Bieniemy. Dude helped KC win a SB as their OC..but couldn't sniff a HC job. And is now back in the college ranks.

They need to get him a baker Mayfield contract because I am not the biggest fan of this quarterback when he don’t have weapons around him, he turns into a pumpkin. One thing I can say about Lamar if he doesn’t have no weapons around him, he turns into a weapon.
