Makes no sense. Should have fired both if that's the direction they wanted to go in.

Now you bring in a new GM who did not hire this coach so he is going to be looking over his back and will probably be gone after next season.

9-25 over 2 years though didn't help...DAMN

Seems like they're blaming him for Levis. Maybe they don't trust him to draft a QB.

Levis was a gamble, but the owner and Mike Vrabel let the pick go through.

Vrable gets fired and the owner stated Levis was a promising young QB and wanted an offensive coach. Levis was actually decent last year.

Callahan was hired because he was a so called "QB Guru" and he stated he wanted to coach levis.

Levis regressed heavily under Callahan. They gave Willis away for peanuts to the packers and chose Rudolf as backup. In a month Willis went to the packers, got coached up and showed he could play in the league with sucess.

The GM didn't coach special teams who got blocked punts 2 games in a row and had the worst coverage units in the game.

Black GM walked into a mess in cap hell with low talent and actually had good drafts that added productive young players.
