i believe it was the raiders that offered him their OC job just before this season. Kingsbury turned it down because the raiders would only offer 2 years. Kliff wanted a 3yr contract, which washington gave him. Head coach job may be another story. I know washington will lose him at some point, but i hope he stays at least one more year.

Not alot of people are talking about the turnaround of the Ravens defense......Scary team going into the playoffs....Moving Hamilton back to strong safety, Humphrey back to his natural slot corner role, and Washington back to free safety has change this defense up alot....Orr letting Deen Peas come in as an advisor has really helped also
