You could be right. But being scared of change shouldn't keep you from moving on. That goes for Tomlin and the Steelers. I would bank on the Steelers being fine. That franchise has been good historically and is a well ran organization.

I wouldn't expect them to be down for long. Also feel the same about Mike moving on. Dude a proven coach and will figure it out where ever he goes. But this shit eventually got to end. It's like being in a relationship that has run its course. Nothing wrong with a mutual split.

Yeah, but the Chargers were stuck in limbo for years. My philosophy is not to be afraid of change. Especially when you already know the likely results and continue to repeat the same thing over. It's one of the problem the Cowboys have. They stuck with sub .500 Garrett for several years and now they are stuck on McCarthy. Not saying fire every coach every 2-3 years, but there times when you have to move on.
