I always say, QB isnt something you can easily find nor replace.

Steelers have some holes they need to fix which they should be able to do in the draft.

Yeah, they gotta make some changes in the front office as well with getting a OC who knows what he's doing.

Tomlin could get another season with these changes and if the team doesn't succeed, that's when they could fire him.

Yup. I think Tomlin should do what Dan Quinn did before we hired him. Hire an outside firm to do a assessment of his coaching and overall process to find any weaknesses or areas of improvements....

Get some constructive criticism and go from there... Run game was non exisitent (Harris runs like he has weights on his ankles and Warren isn't a 3 down back), 1 WR that isn't fully committed, and 3 Wrs that are sub-par. You aint winning too many games like that

The Steelers need to get younger, too many old guys out of energy because they need some young dudes who have energy with some talent. The draft is deep this year, they should find a nice young talent players who can help them right away. But it's all luck at this point since not all rookies are good in their first year.
