I was hoping for live action but this animation looks very dope, I'm excited
no you have NOT heard THIS story before.
The storyline was very atypical and consistently violent in an entertaining fashion..probably one of my favorite comics of all time

Yup. They still are for the most part..but they are slowly stacking the deck.
Just an example of how this is different...
the main character gets into a super fight with this broad who briefly incapacitates him...and proceeds to take his dick...then tells him she'll be back for more. chick gets pregnant too. Baby momma issues follow as well as dude having psychological issues as a result.
Oh great, another white boy saving the day. This is so relevant to real life.

One of my favorite comics but I sure hope they come with all the violence! Also it ended strangely.
Edit. For the people that don't know or haven't read the comic think of this. A race like the Skrulls/Kree that conquer and each has the power of Superman or a Daxamite (Mon-El) and your coming age into adulthood is to fight your father for your survival. To the death. That's just a lil taste of this. Go read the comic, it ain't for the faint of heart.

With the way he ended The Walking Dead I'm not surprised. But at least he had a long winding down for this book. TWD came out of nowhere.
