Man....NONE of the "experts" are picking Orlando. I got a feeling they can take it all this year. VC was a solid pickup, they just made a great point, he can create his own shot. Thats critical in the playoffs.

A nice bench pickup was Ryan Anderson. i've been watching dude since his Cal days and he's got a good shot and some size.

Ron Jeremy will go into panic mode in the 1st game of the season & start fucking up. He killed their chances in the Finals & will likely pick up where he left off.

The Magic coach's antics have been criticized by Shaq, Barkley ... and his own players

The squad isn't the problem. It's Ron Jeremy. He under utilizes some people & is over critical on others. I'm still mad at him for putting a rusty Jameer Nelson in over Skip when Skip was killing the Lakers backcourt everytime he stepped on the court.

Their O is solid they have to get better defensively to win it all! But I think they can beat Cleveland again!

yea its like them making the finals is like a gift and a curse

since they made it that far they dont have a valid reason to get a new coach! :smh::lol:

They are mad deep this season:eek::yes:

And D you're right fam...I was doubting the moves they made earlier this summer, especially C. Lee & Turk

But they are loaded with depth and experience this season with a former champion running backup for J. Nelson:yes:

speed, power, 3 point shooting & beasts on the glass...:D:yes:

Ron Jeremy is too nervous but I don't think that is going to mean they can't win it all. damn if that isn't a cursed coaching family though when it comes to finals...

BTW I forgot they signed Matt Barnes. Cleveland better pull the trigger on trading Big Z for Captain Jack.

It depends on how much Howards' game have evolved since the summer (especially with free throws.)

I'm scanning the schedule for when the Cavs play the Magic in Orlando. I'm trying to go to that game.

howard will probably never be a good post player...I'd be shocked if he was able to add a real go-to move over 1 summer. that shit takes awhile and he's pretty clearly been relying on raw athleticism his entire career thus far.

yeah I dont know if he will ever be a post up guy, maybe he can improve his jumper instead

he is 23 so he may add a couple of moves at some point but dude gets you 20+ points and like 14 rebounds anyway

I would be satisfied if the free throw shooting just improves that could make him a 30 point guy right there

Dwight Howard = David Robinson with a lil more power. Get in front of Howard before he finishes his move & he's as lost as Blunt is without google

I agree. You would hope that by working with Patrick Ewing he would learn a true go to move out of the post. I would be happy if dude would get his free throw number up and learn the one thing that pisses me off about most (American) big men: hit the 10-12 foot jumper occasionally.

howard's horrible offensive game is why shaq disses him so hard....i miss watching kareem, ewing, hakeem, chief, malone, robinson, etc. all playing. godDAMN big men suck now.

that said, howard is still a monster, he's probably got the best center body i've seen play. wilt might have been better but nobody i've seen is better than him. possibly shaq's bulk made him more dominant but howard is more mobile. shaq was a TAD more explosive when he was young i think.

Dwight Howard’s inability to shoot 60% from the free throw line, has made Patrick Ewing very frustrated.

In defense to SVD he does have a serious problem with the rotation because Ryan Anderson can actually play and he going to have to find mins for Anderson, Lewis, Bass and Gortat!! So he does have alot on his plate.

That's a good problem to have but still doesn't excuse him from his other fuckups. He lets his personal feelings interfere with logical decisions too damn much.

This is why I want to go to the Cavs/Magic game. Shaq is not going to give up his spot without a fight.

you gotta give shaq credit he's maximized the end of his career. i think damn near everybody expected him to be flabby and sick like larry holmes at this age.

yeah major props to Shaq he is still one of the top players at his position at his advanced age, even though the centers are not what they once were still he is doing well
