Lasagna is good for a cheap cut of beef, like ground chuck/beef where the cheese can add to the flavor.

Oxtail already has a ton of flavor and to add cheese to it, that's a bit too rich for me.

Also too greasy. The best cuts of beef for lasagna is ground round, veal and sirloin.

I don’t even like putting yams on the same plate with other foods like Mac and cheese or diff carnivores delight, so I know damn well I ain’t gonna eat no damn sweet potato pie mix with Mac and cheese and oxtails.. the Mac and oxtail yes but that sweet potatoe pie gonna be seperate and eaten after I’m done with the other stuff
