It's bad enough to have a no guest rule, but extending it to family members helping you move is extreme. Not everyone is going to be available on your specified move in date. Also, why wasn't the room already clean?
On top of that, using arguments like "you been here 2 weeks and you're already breaking rules." or "where would you be if I hadn't took you in?" Is slumlord talk. This isn't a homeless shelter and she's a rent paying tenant, not a stray orphan.
The facts she's been living here 2 weeks and already feels the need to use a hidden camera speaks volumes. Also, the house sucks!
