Not if you're legally married.
There was a case here in Georgia a couple of years ago where the woman had the husband arrested for rape. Because they were married they couldn't convict him on the rape but locked him up for oral sex. It's illegal here...
Oral sex is illegal there? Where the hell are you? Bangladesh?
I would be in jail all the time..........
Yeah, you can be raped by a spouse and charged with a crime.
But in most states, it's not as serious a crime as regular rape.
Atlanta. I know most states find sodomy illegal too. You can do it as long as the police don't find out. If they do and decide to be pricks they can charge you.
yup
yup
you will be suprised what old laws are dusted off to convict ppl
That's how they got that Wilson kid. If he had just had sex with that White girl, itwould've been a misdemeanor.
My spouse stay gettin raped....but she usually schedules it

"Regular rape?" What's that?
You mean it's not taken as seriously by the authorities as other such incidents, but's there's certainly no fundamental difference in terms of the ultimate act.
Folks also seem to have a hard time believing that a prostitute can be raped.
No you dumb twat. It's a totally seperate crime in over 30 states and is less punitive than the standard definition of rape aka non-marital rape.
Me too! If We're Married & shit is good. I don't wanna hear, Umm I've been working 10 hours, etc. Throw yo ass on the floor & take what i want.Oral sex is illegal there? Where the hell are you? Bangladesh?

for better or for worse i understand why it does not hold the same weight as to raping someone on the street who you do not know or never had Consensual Sex withChill w/ the name calling.
But I do see your topic point. Which is why I asked this question. I dont think it is fair that it doest hold the same weight as non-marital rape by a non spouse....

If I hear that phrase one more fucking time....
rape is rape...
No, it isn't. Consider the difference between statutory rape and "regular" rape. And then there is date rape, which is just rape in a different situation.

"rape is rape"
forced/unwarranted sexual actions upon another individual regardless of relationship or manner of contact is rape.
now i don't always agree with women claiming rape during or after consented sex, but that's why ya gotta be picky who u get with
There are different definitions of the word rape in the eyes of the law.
No means no ... end of discussion
thats how my nephew was brought into this world.
he's a superb athelete also.
OMG Shaddy
I think that husbands and wives should accomodate each other, even if they are not in the mood all the time. It makes life a little more peaceful IMO
I don't think this is about a woman just not feeling like it and then being coerced. It's more about the rape being a part of an overall physical assault or a brutal exercise of domination and control. It's a way for the abuser to engage in an act of ultimate dehumanization, particularly if it's anal rape (not unlike how males use rape to exert power in prison).
