So with all this Harvey Weinstein stuff in the news, Women are coming out and telling their stories of sexual assault. Now Harvey is a piece of shit. He raped some of these women. But some of the stuff i'm seeing today are just stories about men in power hitting on them. No crime was committed but we are patting them on the back like they are rape survivors. The #MeToo hashtag has woman sharing stories about bosses flirting with them at dinner, sending dirty text messages and so on. These are things normal men use to gain access to women.

So here's my question... Moving forward how should men go about approaching a woman? Are the rules different for men in power or rich men? Keep in mind a lot of men chase power and money to easier access to better woman. I know you shouldn't sleep with your underlings but when you're at the top of your industry (film, modeling, music, tech) every young woman you meet is your underling. If these men are single how can they mingle without being accused of wrong doing?

Any exec or shot caller in any industry should steer clear from hitting chicks in the business while meeting with them for business or using business as a cover, and the conversation should never include talk about them getting roles/jobs, etc. Now of course, there will be women that go after them knowing that flirting, throwing pussy at them may get them work....
