Superbowl 1999 weekend in Miami my and my boys were on South Beach about to hit up some clubs where it seem like damn near EVERYBODY was at. We parked below 5th St in the residential area because it was less traffic and quieter. As we are walking there was a dude standing on a corner in front of us rolling a blunt. It wasn't until we were passing right next to him when I was like, "Red?". He said, "Wassup! Wassup!" while he kept on rolling the blunt. He and his boys were just casually chilling on an empty street corner smoking weed during one of the biggest party weekends in Miami. He seemed very laid back and cool.
