...It is not enough for me to stand before you tonight and condemn riots.

at the same time, condemning the contingent, intolerable conditions that exist in our society.

My uncle was in it and received some settlement money for it but not enough for him to ever want to talk about prison and what happened and he never ever was arrested again;all he'll say is they did what needed to be done.

A prison riot when prison and state authorities showed power means than the life of convicts or civilians. They let cons do their thing for four days and then decided enough is enough and then stormed that prison shooting to kill any and everyone all just to show the survivors that "we run this shit". :hmm:
