Chappelle is going too hard with the pontificating on the trans stuff. Carlin went hard at the system that disenfranchises everyone, and I'm guessing Chappelle is at that stage of his career, but he isn't attacking the powers that be.
Roy's act is more relatable to me than Dave's. Dave's newer specials hilarious, I really can't relate to a lot of shyt he says. Roy on the other hand a lot of his specials I can relate to.

Chappelle is too full of himself. He has the “all I need to do is show up” vibe. He’s one solid laugh and one “the was clever” per special. Roy is funnier by far.
