I'm trying to understand how they justify sending a whole goon squad after someone like that for a nonviolent crime.
Imagine you sell something to a common person, and they don't pay you.
What justifies them sending all those agents when the police dept makes no money off retrieving your goods.
So they sent them in the past to retrieve a 200" TV. Now send them again with guns drawn for a $150k entertainment system?
What justifies sending a whole squad out?
