That fat? Mental illness and/or depression
This, knew a lady who was molested as a child/teen which mentally damaged her. Later on she had a baby that died as a toddler which took her over the edge. Ended up passing away from issues from diabetes and obesity. Food was her outlet.

As you get older, maintaining your weight becomes more difficult; you must actively manage it or it will gradually catch up with you. Whoa, at my last high school reunion, I realized that all the black girls who had been fine all these years got pretty big, some of them so big they needed canes to walk. Another thing they all had in common was that they were single. The Caucasian ladies appeared twice their age.
I refuse to date any chick who identifies as a bbw. That's like somebody identifying as a crackhead. You don't identify as something fucking negative. That's stupid.

What I don’t understand is, these obese folks aren’t working a 9 to 5 per say, but have funds to pig out on a daily basis!
One of my guilty pleasures is my 600lb life. When they go into how they got to that states it's always some kind of trauma they suffered they led them to eating. That was how they coped

Once you get overweight, your body try to maintain that weight... it can be difficult to get your body to a lower set point. Most fat people under 40 probably got fat as children and it was a wrap for them after that. I blame parents when I see obese children... that isn't "baby weight", "big boned", "healthy" or whatever euphamism they want to use.
Food is different (ultra processed, addictive) now and the amount of exercise kids get isnt what it used to be.

Travel a bit and you'll see that obese people are rare unless you run into Americans or victims of American democracy.
