Ok so call the police. You have surveillance cameras. Why didn't security do anything? When you try to physically stop thieves you can actually put yourself at risk for lawsuit or even injury.

That security guard doesn't have the right to detain that woman. He could get sued or catch charges if he's not careful with how he handles her. He pulled out the phone to call the police as he knows he should. That store manager wasn't having it and knew she had been steeling. lmbao @ the way she saunters out the back entrance.
