The art work is pure old school comics.
The design is fresh and pixelated on purpose but still smooth and static and quick all at the same time.
Color, character design, editing, camera movements, stylized action beats, editing flashes, some of those scenes are just beautiful to behold.
Not to sure about Parker’s voice but this is an elseworld story so we will see where it goes.

Cost and the fact that it's a lower way to introduce fantastic characters (like Miles Morales) to the crowds who are unfamiliar. This gets him his live action a few years from now
