The pecking order will likely be: Ivy League, Elites/Litle Ivies, Private, State, HBCUs, Community, and Liberal-arts. I wouldn't doubt some of them will rate HBCUs at the bottom simply because they haven't heard of most of them, or think it's only for Black people.
