During Covid we canceled our gym membership and built a gym at home. The one piece of equipment I couldn't get because of shortages was a good leg press/hack squat machine. My legs definitely suffered and I feel like my overall health took a hit when I couldn't keep my leg routine.Or stay active. Someone once told me your legs are your secondary pump.
