I'm no comic book guy so I have no idea how accurate it is to comics, characters I seen in the trailer, I have no clue about. That being said, the trailer was dope asf. I knew nothing about super dog either. Y'all comic book dudes gotta drop some info for the dudes who ain't hip to this. Ok I'm going to watch the trailer again.. Lol

Green Lantern hair is insane... if it's comic accurate I'll allow it... but dumb and dumber was the first thought in my head.
Not a huge fan of the suit, it looks like pajamas. Maybe this is his first suit and it changes over time? And then the suit he was wearing as Clark when he first walked past Lois... was that Jonathan's suit? That shit was at least 2 sizes too big for him.
Krypto, I'm glad to see him in the movie... but he looks kinda mangy, like he missed a few appointments at the groomer... maybe it's comic accurate, but i just pictured the dog being more... majestic.
Now, battered Superman, love that. Let's you know he's up against some serious shit. Having Krypto saving his ass, that's cool too.
That casting for Mr Terrific seems spot on. Hawk Girl looks GOOD too. It's like they pulled her straight from Justice League cartoons.
The people throwing shit at Superman was nice... don't know the reasons yet but HE IS AN ALIEN so people hating and protesting him is par for the course.
Overall this is solid. It's James Gunn too, so the good rapport he has with the Marvel/GOTG franchise affords him some grace. I think if there's a second trailer there needs to be now focus on Superman and only Superman. Again, good 1st trailer.

I thought this guy was a bad guy when I saw the crappy haircut.. I was like this guy definitely wants to take over the world and it’s all because of his barber.. than I saw It was the green lantern dude and I was like booo… I like my shitty haircut angle and the fact I thought he was shooting kryptonite from his hand

I'm going to need a breakdown because I don't know all of these villains. You need to attract casual fans because you're rebuilding the brand so i hope they do a good job of explaining everything.
Ok so many questions already lol Glad Krypto has a cape. LuthorCorp looks great. Lex looks like Hitman Agent 47 especially with that gun.Looks like they are definitely going have that one day they love him and the next day they hate him vibe in the movie. The romantic moments look official and the action looks clean.

This review got one thing wrong. James gunn wasnt behind dawn of the dead, that was zack snyder. Good breakdown though.

I want to like this, I REALLY do...but I feel like this is going to be A LOT in this movie. Green Lantern, Mr. Terrific, Hawk Girl, Argus/Rick Flag, Metamorpho, Ultraman and a giant monster...how long is this movie going to be?! I think Nathan Fillion makes a better Booster Gold than Guy Gardner. Guy always seemed more like an angry Kurt Cobain. Mr. Terrific looks GREAT!
One thing I never got was if YOU have Super powers do those super powers negate when you meet someone has those same powers? I couldn't lift Superman, so Superman > me. My dog which is a normal dog to me couldn't drag me so me > my dog. But Krypto can drag Superman? They did something similar in Hancock, where he shaves with his HANDS!!!! If your hair is also "super" then you just can't use your fcuking hand to shave!!! My normal self can't shave my normal hair with MY FCUKING HAND!!!
One thing that Christopher Reeve did really well was how he played Clark Kent. The stuttering and being hunched over made the glasses identity a lot more believable.
