The President is gambling with his freedom if he tries something.

Because the Supreme Court truncated the immunity into three separate branches, it does not give him absolute immunity.

Remember the George Zimmerman case? He had to go through a trial even though the law allows you to use deadly force if you are threatened. He had to prove deadly force was warranted to the jury, it could have went any number of ways

This is not immunity to shoot anybody, I am not gambling on a trial. It actually increases the power of the Supreme Court over the executive branch since they now have broad discretionary powers.

Additionally, there is still impeachment.
