His example; say a Samsung washing machine went up $100 due to tariffs. Well Kenmore / Whirlpool (American brands) were still their normal prices, but they didnt want to appear to be that much cheaper...... so they raised their prices as well.
Nothing changed for them, but they felt they "had to" raise prices because they thought consumers would think they were far lower quality.
This is what Drumpf knew, that American companies would also raise prices, increase profits...... and the average citizen would be pay the price

it was never about cost of living it was a diversion to mask racism Tarrif are a tax on consumers and they know this. so when china counters with their own tarrifs it will hurt america more. Soybean farmers have not recovered from the last time he was in office.

That's the thing though, Drumpf can say Biden had historic inflation, gas prices surged.....etc but won't mention that it was Drumpf's own policies that sparked such things..... so yeah Biden spends 2 years cleaning up Drumpf's mess....then there's 1year of growth and recovery and now we're in the last year which is shit is going well......
