He would do well in the West where was born, but there would be resistance in the eest. Having said that, the country could hardly do better with his leadership. I have heard him talk on Jim Rome and other shows about what he is doing. And even though you sometimes have a hard time understanding him, you can see his heart and how much he cares. He is truly one of the greatest selfless humanitarians in the world. Many do it for tax write-offs, image, he does it because he knows it should be done.
