people's memory can play tricks on them....and eye witness testimony has been shown to be unreliable.....which begs to reason why so much emphasis is put on it in the court of law.....
scientists know this which is why empirical evidence is used....

detain 3 people - eventually arrest & charge 1 on possesion - nothing else
- not discharging weapon (parafin test?) nor endangerment assault battery etc...
meg gave no police statment - told ER nurses/ Dr she thought she stepped on glass...
