I am an hour and 8 minutes in as of last night and I’m lovin’ it so far.
Had no idea he was selling more records than all the other funk bands out, had no idea he ever worked with Motown and I had no idea he produced for other artists the way that he did.
Musical juggernaut.

Watched it last night. They could have left his daughter out of it and that rapper Conway, Conroy whatever the fuck his name was. Sidenote Rick James is always in the car I'm driving.
Love Rick James, but this documentary was some mid. I thought they would bring out some unseen footage or some in depth stuff about Rick since the family was involved.

Excellent documentary. Agreed on Conway being in it, talking about how Rick James was...bruh, you are younger than me, you wasnt there lolz.
