Watching The Click Bait and Switch, now. I went to Ishkabibbles last year when my ass drove from Frederick Maryland to Philly to get REAL Philly cheese steaks.

I had both that day. Both were good. I couldn't eat them both fresh and hot because almost got robbed outside and down the street from Maxx's.
For reference, he went to prison about a year after this for some shit that he probably shouldn't have gone to jail for. Some dude tries to kill him, but he took the gun off dude, and killed the guy instead. Philly cops charged him with third degree murder though because he had done so much other dirt they couldn't get him for. To be fair, he probably had at least a dozen to two dozen bodies when he went away.
Years in, he had gotten into so much shit in prison I just think they were tired of dealing with his shit. Nigga called me from a Michgian number one day out the blue. Pennsylvania shipped him to a prison in Michigan because he threw some nigga off a tier in PA. Mind you, his charge was a state charge so they should've sent him to another prison in PA but they thought the Detroit dudes would give him some act right (I'm pretty sure that's illegal to transfer him to another state he didn't have any charges). Six months later Michigan sent him back because he was acting a whole ass fool out there too.
He went away in 1999 and was supposed to do 30 to life, but they released him during Covid with the caveat that he's never allowed in the Philly city limits or any of the surrounding counties so he was living out in Berks County. He didn't follow that caveat for long. I saw that nigga down the way on Thanksgiving.
I may have to do more stories about him. Like this one time back when I was home from college (freshmen year) I used to borrow my dad's girlfriends Maxima. I pulled up to pick up a homie from school and took DM with me. So we're up Germantown Ave and everyone is looking at us with this weird fear and amazement. We pick up Stime and roll back down Germantown and Stime said we were drawing. Come to find out, DM had just robbed a nigga THE DAY BEFORE for a black Maxima. Apparently, he chased the car down Germantown Ave, leaped on it, slid into the moon roof, punched the dude in his face, and kicked him out of the car in the middle of bust ass Germantown Ave. A block away from the police district. So everyone thought we were in the same Maxima the very next day. DM never thought to tell me what he did the day before and how it was the same make, model, and color car.
