    For those who are turned off by the leg: they keep it on as a testament to the fact that most chickens raised in the industrial poultry complex are so battered that their feet must be removed in order to be sold "whole." Keeping the leg on is a testament to the fact that these chickens were humanely raised, and lived much happier lives than those that come from food systems that focus on quantity over quality.
    
    More importantly, the sandwich is phenomenal. An amazing addition to the city's food scenes!!!!
