I mean, I get that Spongebob's first episode aired in 1999, but I don't consider that shit a 90s cartoon. Spongebob is included, but not South Park? No Simpsons? No Beavis and Butthead? No Ren & Stimpy? Bobby's World? Weird list. Seems to be very late 90s geared
