The only way to stop this, is to ignore it.
I knew a fine girl back in Colorado who had Lupus. We were supposed to go on a date and be hooked up by another female friend. She died from it before that happened. She looked normal but she said the pain she was experiencing was worse than childbirth. She had two kids she left behind. At least this girl seems to be in good spirits and hopefully the meds and technology is better to keep her around. That granny filter had me lmao!
