That's why I try to advocate to my friends, if you have to go to a non black doctor opt for someone with atleast a Masters in Public Health as well.. Atleast you know they have some training in social inequalities. Most physicians with this background can effectively understand health and wellness from the perspectives of patients and different community populations.
