FACT CHECK: I know, personally, this is bullsh*t and these dudes look dumb as hell... Let’s be clear—Kamala Harris had nothing to do with this case. That was an Orange County (Southern California) matter, and even if you follow the case closely, the mother's involvement there was questionable at best (She ignored all the notifications)—but that’s not the point here. Bringing VP Hairrs into something she wasn’t involved in just highlights how misinformed, and ignorant this argument is.
Now, let’s focus on what really matters. Kamala Harris has a strong record when it comes to criminal justice reform. She pioneered the Back on Track program, which gave non-violent offenders a chance at rehabilitation instead of just incarceration. She stood firmly against the death penalty, even when it wasn’t the easy political stance to take. And as DA of San Francisco, she didn’t waste resources prosecuting simple possession cases, instead prioritizing more serious offenses.
