Why is she surprised because Ohio has 88 counties and 5 counties historically vote Democratically(Cuyahoga - Cleveland, Hamilton - Cincinnati, Franklin - Columbus,Greene - Dayton,Lucas - Toledo and once in a blue moon two or three counties will flip but the majority of the state are rural and white suburbs where the majority are white people.
