While I hear you, that won’t happen at all because they don’t see it like this. I’ve been saying this for years but Hispanics do not put race before class. Never have, never will. They do not see race through the lens of an American and that misunderstanding should be clear. Many of them do not see a white man, just a billionaire who made it. Upward social mobility, excuse the pun, trumps race in their eyes. It’s all they’ve ever cared about and will care about. They simply don’t have the microaggression triggers we do.
And what’s really shocking to me is that Democrats never picked up on this at all. Goes to show who was paying attention and who wasn’t.
As the largest minority group in this country, it’s time to start getting into their psyche or continue to face the consequences of tonight.

But even so, that's how justice is supposed to work. He committed crimes. Saying he's Teflon because it could make him a martyr isn't how the law works.
