I could imagine especially in those states where you don't need insurance and an accident is on the driver.
I'm still waiting on $500 deductable from this woman side swipping my shit three years ago and she told me she isn't paying and the insurance said they can't touch her ssi money but I'll continue to wait and when she least expects it their going to get that money.
