What is the problem here? Texas is a stand your ground state. This is the perfect stand your ground case. The kid shouldn't even be locked up. He was approached. Some bullies tried to force him to leave. He gave a warning. The bully touched him again after being warned. He stood his ground. This is Texas law. This kid shouldn't do one goddamn day. Now if this was New York State he would have been fucked but this is Texas.
Agreed. Texas is not a state to threaten folks in any capacity. Florida is the same way. Stand your ground. That young man should not be in jail.
