I may have misunderstood your comment, but the info we are being given is being influenced by him. The conference today Fauci tried to give him cover over the testing failure. Someone said the CDC site said masks help, but that's not what they have said in press conferences. I'm assuming that's due to his administration, but I could be wrong.
