The other person is still hospitalized as they are 13 - 14 years older, and in weaker health.
Sent another person to the hospital yesterday. We had kept them isolating and were monitoring vitals. They were running a fever though, and protocol for them is to send them to the hospital given their prior medical history. It was just over a 14-hour wait for paramedics to arrive. They apologized to me, but I understood. I asked them how their shift was going and they noted they were on hour 6, and it was their 6th call. They had asked me if the person still wanted to go to the hospital, and I noted it was non-negotiable per management / protocol. Have to send them as there isn't much we can do except for monitor and give PRN meds. They need proper medical assistance with doctor(s), etc.
