Besides, the chances of WBD going bankrupt is getting higher, they can wait a little and probably get that for a nice discount, but again it still doesn't make sense.
This isn't 10 years ago when every tech company wanted in on media. They seem to finally get that they can't outdo Apple when it comes to consumers and they are at their best and their most profitable when they focus on the back end of things.
