No doubt, and it actually reminded me a lot of Watchdogs 2.
When they said reboot I assumed they'd keep the same characters/feel of the game and just start all over with them in an updated world.
This doesn't appear to be a reboot, it looks like an entirely different game with the Saints Row name.
More like that Agents of Mayhem game they released.
I'm hoping to see something to prove me wrong in the next few months.
