Man they must have upgraded the remote play on the Xbox cause I’m at the barbershop and I connected to my Xbox at home in an instant. This is crazy… once they combine the game pass app, cloud gaming, and Xbox apps into one single app… this shit will be unbeatable.

There's been a lot of backlash. Mostly due to the character design. They all look like nerds who would get bullied by the OG saints. Hopefully that Kevin character turns out to be related to Johnny Gatt. Overall I'm happy with a grounded Saints Row return. The first two were my favorite of the series.
i agree with all of this…. 3 does have a special place in my heart because of how crazy it was but it is the reason why 4 was too over the top. Like you… the first two are fucking all time classics that really need a true remake… not a remaster. I really want the first one hit with that Mafia one level remake. I also want Vice City hit that same level of remake. Vice City is forever going to be my favorite grand theft auto.

I’m in St. Louis at my Aunts house… she has horrible Wi-Fi through Att. It’s the bare minimum and I’ve only got one bar on my phone… I’ve played three matches of killer instinct through the cloud and I’ve played 2 matches of killer instinct remotely on my home Xbox..
Killer Instinct is true test for streaming for me.. it’s so fucking fast and there’s so many particle effects that it’s easy to kill frame rate.
And i swear that there wasn’t much of a difference between the two ways to play.
cloud version… I’ve experienced almost no lag.. I’ve played using the touch controls and I’ve used an Xbox controller that’s connected through blue tooth on my phone..
with cloud gaming on IPhone … I found that the trick is to go to Xbox play through the Safari browser and then create a web app from there to your home page.. it operates exactly like a normal app. You are able to play in full screen and the picture quality is way better…
with remote play… there is still some lag but no where close to what I went through during the early beta when I could barely do shit. The picture quality is almost right there with the cloud gaming… I would say it’s probably 720p and about 34 frames per second.. which is playable.
I didn’t notice any lag when I played Hades. I think the remote play experience is going to be way better when I try it again on a PC.
but on the real fellas… this shit is a game changer. I can’t believe that they have really done it where you can almost play Xbox anywhere.. including your own Xbox.
this is the first time that I’ve come to St. Louis and didn’t bring my system and I’m still able to play all of my games just on a smaller screen.
my only concern with remote play is that … I wonder if my home Xbox turned my tv on and left it on.. typically when my Xbox powers up.. it powers up the other devices..

yeah gamepass really saved me from wasting money on Outriders…
It still has potential… but the sound effects need a complete redo and it’s fucking dumb that the game doesn’t have a pause button. Most people that I know played the game as a single player but since you can’t pause it.. everyone typically says fuck it and moves on. Like some of us have lives in the real world… I need to be able to drop in and out with worrying about my place.
Thats actually how Xbox took the lead for me. Xbox is a system designed for grown men with jobs, lives, and girlfriends … they have done everything in their power to make it easier for you a dude to get in a quick game whenever and wherever they are. If my girl is out trying on dresses.. I know that I can quickly play some kI and my stats are synced everywhere..
When my girl comes over and takes a 25 minute shower.. I know that I can fire up the Xbox go to almost any game that I have break in 25 minutes and now I know that if my girl wants to watch a marathon of real housewives… I can play games on my phone.

That was a fun game. Got old really quick though but it was different.

yea the sony fanboys are very upset about game pass. there comparing it to PlayStation plus which ps plus is nothing like game pass...now if sony had g.p first you wouldnt be able to get a word in on them but they dont have it so they hate on it..
I'm pretty sure that all PS5 games could be on the PS4. They just wanna save face and continue the facade to not look dumb. Microsoft is just doing everything right and folks refuse to give them a chance. Sony is just cold and silent and folks fall over themselves for them.

Man cloud gaming is amazing…. Playing with touch is actually more responsive then I thought. Shit makes your iPhone like a damn switch.
