I have an Xbox One and a PS4. Will the Game pass allow me to download and play MLB21 on these consoles, or the PS5 and the new Xbox only? And if it does allow me to play and download it on the PS5 and Xbox One for free, does that mean that I won't have to buy a full copy of MLB21 this year?

Gamepass lets you play it on the XBox systems only. No need to purchase on either system family. So yes XB1.
