Of sand and water crashing on your window. Even if I was a billionaire, I would not touch a house near the ocean. The shit they said that was going to happen is happening quicker to beachfront property.
Personally, I love ocean front hotel and resort stays. Watching the sun set into the ocean or just listening to big waves break on the beach just does it for me. That said, I'm with you. I wouldn't want to own property there.
