They built these cities fucked up and what's even worse insurance companies either have high premiums or just won't cover shit.

They should have either installed better and higher breakers or at least have a better drainage system

It is very difficult to design a perfect drainage system in Florida right now because as I said earlier the flood waters has to drain into the ocean and if the ocean tide doesn’t drop low enough well the flood water has nowhere to go. In the near future, some parts of Florida have to install major pumping systems and you know the rich people are going to get that system first.
