Correct me if I'm wrong but she doesn't seem to be describing a simp in the traditional sense. A simp is usually a guy who is providing something ( money, emotional support, house work, driver etc..)to a woman and not getting anything in return. The second is you could be in a relationship including sex, but the man isn't being respected.
She is clearly being extreme but you can have someone who values you highly and still has self respect for himself. Honestly I don't know if you'd really want someone who really makes you their world. Man or women those types are normally off and potentially dangerous.
