Just use toothpaste, don’t strip your enamel with something acidic like lemon.
The first image was severe plague build up, dentist is needed if you let it get that far.
All dentist recommend white strips and if you’re a contrarian that mistrust people with degrees mix peroxide and baking soda into a paste use once a week, it’s too abrasive for daily use.
