A McRib deluxe? McDonald’s deluxe McRibster with bacon and cheese debuts in Austria
Fans of the McRib, get ready to go to pig heaven.
McDonald’s has launched the McRibster, a new version of its cult sandwich in Austria, which boasts pork, bacon and cheese.
The fast food chain describes the gussied up McRibster Burger as containing “juicy pork, bacon, pepper-Jack cheese, and crunchy iceberg lettuce, red onion, delicious honey-mustard sauce and spicy sweet chili sauce,” according to Burger Business .
There are significant differences between the McRibster and its slimmer relation, the McRib.
The McRib is processed pork patty shaped like a rib cage, slathered in a sweet barbecue sauce and topped with onions and pickles.

The McRibster, apart from being topped with bacon and cheese, appears to be deep-fried.
It’s only available in select locations in Austria and has not been made a permanent part of the menu.
There’s no word on if the McRibster will make it across the pond but McRib fans can rest assured - the orginal isn’t being phased out.
The barbecue-sauce-covered delight, served with onions and pickles, inspired a cult following after it was introduced in 1982.
Since bringing the burger back in 2010 after a 16 year hiatus, there’s been somewhat of a McRib mania, including a "Bring Back the McRib!!!" Facebook page, Twitter tags and even a "McRib locator" website where people can report and track sightings.
Each sandwich has 500 calories and 26 grams of fat, and Germany is currently the only country where it is available 365 days a year.

40 in april. The tastebuds looses its scenes as you get older, not completely but shit don't taste the same. Also they been modifying that shit too, so you can't blame it all on the buds. I seen that show with ole boy, the 30 day one when he did mickey dee's and ever since my kids eat chicken from Arby's or Dairy Queen!! D.Q chicken strips should be illegal for a fast food. They are good!
