I don't see why folks going back and forth with that NYC vs L.A. bullshit, because when I was living in L.A. as a youth, I got nothing but love out there, from everybody... And in NY we give L.A. kats love back... Only ones that have a hard time are assholes, and they going to have problems where ever they go...
To this day I am a New Yorker, but part of me is still in the West and will always be..
I agree wirh RoadRage , 34Real and Beatdown...
The dude derailing this thread is taking away from the root of the problem and that's the topic of molestation not NY bias talk. Zulu Nation in general kept hip hop inline and many black millionaires all over the world are eating putting food on the table because of these early hip hop pioneers. The guy derailing this thread is the type of dude that will praise 2pac and overlook his faults and he is the type of dude that will focus on Pac NY rant but Pac had love for a lot of NY folks and was committed in creating his own label to unite both groups.heck even Suge wanted to create Death Row East.
Sad thing is the back and forth is useless. Whenever you focus in one region , you are dismissing other regions that are doing the same thing. The focus should be in the Afrikka Bamatta case.
Look how many child Hollywood LA stars in hollywood fuck up or died and that movie the other guy posted is easily ignored but people stay focus on NY.
Funny thing is as much people hate PDiddy, Suge was exploiting Death Row and Pac.ex : giving people cars but in Death Row name and that they dont own, having that lawyer Kenner be these artisists in house attorneys and the big picture is greed power is a world wide problem. Pac hung out with trouble makers in NY and with trouble makers in LA.
Moleststion in minority communities especially religious folks who deny these accusation from their own houseold.
Whether its LA or NY many kids will get exploited thru pimping child trafficking, rape , molestation, drugs, using rookie producers beats and not giving credit , fucking for tracks, blackmail etc..
The dude defending young thug. If you look at Young Thug style now, he doesent do all that attention whoring shit with gay undertones like he used to. Heck even gay folks were offended if he was using the gay community for media attention. Grandmaster Flash Furious Five dressed that weird way stems a bit from Parliament Funkadelic and show biz stage presence glamour style. Hip hop was rooted in disco r&b witht the glitter the glam ..Now what they do on their spare time is not my bizness only the molestation issue with the Afrika Bambatta case or others is a public concern.
Sometimes when something stikes a nerve or the issue too close to home will make folks derailed threads and deny the origin of this thread.
I believe there is some weird derailing trolling thing going on in this thread.
Anyways, back to the Afrikka Bambatta situation.I wonder how Mick Benzo who is Ice T co- host from his podcast show an early Zulu Nation member feels about this.
They interview great guests from that era.
