It got a strong staph infection after one of the surgeries
I had a case of cellulitis in my left leg. I thought I had an insect bite on my ankle and it itched around the site. Four days later I couldn't put weight on my foot and even with my leg dangling off of the bed felt like the gravity of Jupiter was pulling my leg off.

I was hospitalized for a week.

Damn!! Boy, playing sports has its ups and it's downs!!! Maybe in 30yrs they can re-work that leg..

I’m glad dude was able to get guaranteed bread before this injury. Crazy thing is; he laid the table for not one, but two franchises that had immediate success after he left; in San Fran he takes them to a super bowl if Kyle Williams doesn’t fumble; they send him to KC once he get hurt and Kaep comes in and balls out; in KC they improved; then drafted his replacement (Mahomes) who took his hot line and made it a hot song.

Dudes consolation prize was the big money deal in Washington; only to get hurt again, damn near lose his leg, and never be able to play football again. Fucked up. :smh:

He should have gotten a bionic leg replacement. It would allow him to come back stronger but I guess he didn’t want to go that route yet.
