Official 2025 NFL Off Season Discussion!!!

I would’ve called Chase bluff. He gonna turn down the biggest non QB contract in the league? He was gonna have to show me.

I get it though. Fuck it just throw the football and wish for the best. Can’t be no days off now though. Offense better be best show on turf.
The media will not be kind if the begals struggle or chase have a bad game because he got paid all that money. The pressure is on him now.

Some of these owners are weak as fuck, they will submit to doing whatever to keep a player happy because they don't have the backbone to call their bluff.

I feel like the eagles got a steal but then again, they're underpaid for what they've accomplished along with other players like Chase getting all that money being the highest paid player who never won the superbowl. But like you said, timing means everything.

Imagine how much more they would have had to pay them after winning the super bowl....AJ and Smitty would have all the leverage

Bengals tried though. Them players wasn’t budging and betted on themselves.

True, but the team lost all leverage esp. with Chase winning the Triple Crown this past season....I think if they would have given him just 1 million more than jefferson he would have been satisfied because he would technically be the highest paid last year.....

Same thing with Tee....Instead of the franchise tag last year, why didn't they work on a contract then? They should have gotten him signed then...

Yeah, howie was smart to extend them early because they would've been expensive as fuck.

That's why a lot of the eagles players left for more money elsewhere after winning the superbowl.

There’s an organizational understanding within the #Bengals that they must nail their drafts moving forward and rely on key contributions from players on rookie contracts.

They’re excited about recent picks like OT Amarius Mims, DE Myles Murphy, and RB Chase Brown, but they’ll need to keep drafting well to stay competitive in the AFC.

Yeah but they already have 3 WRs (Jennings, Pearsall, and Aiyuk) and just signed Demarcus Robinson.....McMillian probably going in the first and they need help in other areas....

I could be wrong though...I see him going to Carolina or Dallas....
We're most likely going defense and hoping that Mason Graham is there..i think morgan will wait on WR because it's pretty deep this year. If Tyler Warren at TE is there, we're taking him most likely.
